Expanded Formal Pre-application Service & Development Management Officer Member Communication Protocol

To request Cabinet approval of changes to the process by which formal pre-application advice is offered to applicants with a view to improving the quality of developments, giving applicants confidence and speeding up decision making on planning applications.

Cabinet will also be asked to consider amendments to the arrangements for consulting Ward-Members on planning applications.
