To update the Board on the development of the West Yorkshire and Harrogate, Sustainability and Transformation Partnership

To share with the Board the updated ‘Kirklees Strategic Assessment Overview’ 2017/18

(c) that the ongoing development of the KJSA be supported by the Board.

To provide an update on the newly commissioned Kirklees Integrated Healthy Child Programme (KIHCP)

A report to brief and update the Board on the Greater Huddersfield and North Kirklees Primary Care Strategies.
