Retender the Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Infrastructure Contract

The current contract ends in March 2024 following an extension of 12 months. Work has progressed in exploring how all contracts providing infrastructure support to the voluntary community and social enterprise sector can be brought together in order to create efficiencies avoid duplication and provide a holistic single approach to the support. The retender brings together three elements of support to the sector providing an efficiency of 180K per annum the contract tapers over five years with the exception that extra resources are secured through a developing income generating model. The first two years of the contract are being paid through UKSPF monies whilst the final three are reduced to a decrease base budget in line with current budget savings. The retender will need to take place mid-September 2023.
