Huddersfield District Energy Network (HDEN) - Approval to enter into Contract to deliver Full Business Case

Cabinet approved the HDEN Outline Business Case in September 2022 and provided delegations in order for the Council to procure specialist support to deliver the HDEN Full Business Case.

A compliant direct award procurement route has been identified and agreed for this commission to appoint AECOM Ltd via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Construction Professional Services RM 6165 (CPS) framework. This procurement route has been agreed with the relevant internal stakeholders (Procurement and Risk).
