Purpose:

Updated Social Value Policy to replace the policy adopted in 2013.

 

All strategic and service directors have been engaged through discussions at meetings of each directorate’s Senior Leadership Team in addition to discussion at Executive Team and Leadership Management Team.

 

Commissioning leads within each directorate have been engaged separately to understand the opportunities and challenges they see in relation to social value.

Decision:

That the Social Value Policy be approved.
