Purpose:

The fee charged for the administering of the DFG is to increase from 10% to 20%. This is expected to take effect from the 1st August 2023.

 

Kirklees Financial Procedure Rules;

“Fees and charges must be reviewed at least once per annum. Service Directors have authority to implement new charges and amend existing fees and charges to achieve budget targets, to account for changes in legislation and market conditions, in consultation with the appropriate Strategic Director, relevant Portfolio Holder and Chief Finance Officer.”

 

Decision:

Agreed that the fee charged for the administering the DFG is to increase from 10% to 20%. This is expected to take effect from the 1st August 2023.
