Purpose:
The purpose of the delegated decision is to consider increasing the fees for miscellaneous licences, ancillary licensing fees and environmental health fees both on the basis of cost recovery.
Decision:
That the fees at appendix 1 be approved from the 1st April 2026; with the exception of Animal Licensing fees, which will come into effect from the 1st October 2026.
