For the delivery of the LEVI Scheme, decisions on site locations, charge point numbers at each site and type/speed of chargers is needed as the scheme progresses.

The Cabinet report in May 2025 approved the following decisions were taken:
§ Approved the site list including the alternative site and agreed amendments to the site list.
§ Gave Officers the authority to share, discuss and agree the final site list with Blink and authorised the use of those sites for delivery of LEVI Phase 1.
§ Approved the addition of 5 alternative sites to the site list that was approved by Cabinet in May 2025.
§ Authorised Officers to work with internal teams on agreeing terms of leases on Council land and agreements for positioning equipment on the Highway.
