Approval of expenditure to implement a scheme to deliver high quality public space enabling pedestrian connectivity and the conditions for efficient transport movement around the space.

Funding secured through the Highways Local Transport Plan allocation, equally split over 2017/18 and 2018/19 and the Strategic Priorities Capital Investment Plan.

Decision:

That approval be given to capital expenditure of £950k to fund the proposed improvements to Dewsbury Railway Station.
