That following approval by Council on 17 September, and in line with the decision of Cabinet taken on 8 July, the Cabinet Member for Finance & Regeneration and for Transport & Housing confirm the approval of the establishment of a Joint Member Committee to oversee the drafting of the joint West Yorkshire Mass Transit Spatial Development Framework Part 1 Development Plan Document, to exercise all executive  planning functions associated with plan making  by the Joint Member Committee,  noting the Council delegation to undertake initial Regulation 18 consultation and Regulation 19 consultation on the draft Joint West Yorkshire Mass Transit Spatial Development Framework Development Plan Documentto the WYCA Joint Member Committee in so far as it’s a council planning function relating to the DPD.
