Purpose:

Cabinet agreed on 16th June 2015 for a draft revised Statement of Community Involvement to be published for consultation between 1st July and 30th July 2015.

The purpose of this item is to feedback on the consultation received and to present a final Statement of Community Involvement for adoption by the council.

Decision:

(1)       That the Statement of Community Involvement as outlined at Appendix 2 of the report be adopted and that authority be delegated to the Director of Place to agree minor amendments.

(2)       That the document be published on the Council’s website and all contacts on the Local Plan database be notified of its adoption.
