Purpose:

 

 Adult Services have tendered for design services for the proposed new build Dementia Day Care facilities to be provided on the Knowl Park House site, Mirfield, and the Homestead site at Almondbury. Tenders have been evaluated and approval is sought to formalise the tenders to allow design works to commence.

 

Decision:

1)    That approval be given to the appointment of Lead Consultant Architects following a tendering exercise for the scheme.

 

2)    That approval be given to the production of biodiversity reports for the Knowl Park House site.
