Purpose:

A report for consideration by the Service Director for Growth and Housing in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, Housing and Democracy to;
• Clarify the £5,000 threshold for means testing, and
• Provide greater flexibility for agreeing to adaptations costing in excess of the mandatory limit which is set at £30,000

Decision:

Councillor Scott approved the minor amendments.  The proposed changes were to take place from 1st April 2020.
