That approval be given to make a Definitive Map Modification Order under section 53(3)(c)(i) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to record Moor Lane, between Farnley Road and Manor Road, Farnley Tyas, as a restricted Byway on the Definitive Map and Statement, and that a further report be submitted to a future meeting to consider the Council’s position on confirmation of the Order.
