The purpose of this report is for Members to consider the results of the consultation for Cumulative Impact Assessments in Huddersfield and Dewsbury Town Centres in relation to premises licensed to sell alcohol with off sales.

Decision:
RESOLVED –
That a Cumulative Impact Assessment be introduced in both Huddersfield and Dewsbury, and that it be formally recommended to full Council on Wednesday 15th January 2025 for adoption.
