That the Acquisition of Strategic Property be noted.
Minutes:
Thomas Fish, Acting Head of Town Centres Regeneration, requested that the Board discuss the principle of the Council leading on a negotiation on a strategic property within Dewsbury town centre on behalf of the Board. This would involve the potential use of regeneration funding.
