To resolve that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

RESOLVED –

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of agenda items 5, 6 and 7 (Minute No.s 5, 6 and 7 refer) because the items contained exempt information by virtue of paragraph 1 (information relating to any individual) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
