Cllr Sheikh Ullah declared an Other Interest in Item 4, School Transport appeal (FL), as he knew the appellant. Cllr Ullah advised that he would leave the meeting during consideration of this item.

To resolve that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
