Right Care, Right Time, Right Place Programme Representatives from Calderdale and Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Groups will be in attendance to provide an update on the work that is being undertaken to support the transformational changes to Health and Social Care Services in Calderdale and Greater Huddersfield and provide details of their approach to pre-consultation engagement.
