Minutes of previous meeting To approve the Minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 8 December 2016. Decision: The Committee was informed of the following correction to the minutes of the meeting held on 8 December 2016.
That Cllr McGuin was not present for the vote on application 2016/92180.
That subject to the above amendment, that the minutes of the meeting held on 8 December 2016 be approved as a correct record. |

Interests and Lobbying The Councillors will be asked to say if there are any items on the Agenda about which they might have been lobbied. The Councillors will be asked to say if there are any items on the Agenda in which they have disclosable pecuniary interests, which would prevent them from participating in any discussion of the item or participating in any vote upon the item, or any other interests.
