Council received advice from the Chief Executive in regard to the position of Councillors who also sit on the Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee.

To receive any apologies for absence.

Apologies for absence were received on behalf of Councillors Hill, Light, Lowe, A Pinnock, K Pinnock, Sarwar, P Scott, Stewart-Turner and Watson.

The Councillors will be asked to say if there are any items of the Agenda in which they have a Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, which would prevent them from participating in any discussion of them items or participating in any vote upon the items, or any other interests.

Councillor Lawson declared an ‘other’ interest as he is a member of the Mid Yorkshire Hospital Trust Joint Health Scrutiny Committee.

A maximum of one hour is permitted to receive any representations from members of the public on the subject matter. Any member of the public wishing to make a verbal representation is asked to register no later than 4.00pm on Tuesday 15th March, to pre-register, please contact Andrea Woodside 01484 221000 (ext 74993).

Following the receipt of any public representations, Council will consider the attached report.
