To approve the Minutes of the meeting of the Panel held on 4 April 2017.

Decision:

That the minutes of the meeting held on 4 April 2017 be approved as a correct record.

2.

Interests

The Councillors will be asked to say if there are any items on the Agenda in which they have disclosable pecuniary interests, which would prevent them from participating in any discussion of the items or participating in any vote upon the items, or any other interests.

Decision:

No interests were declared.

3.

Admission of the public

Most debates take place in public. This only changes when there is a need to consider certain issues, for instance, commercially sensitive information or details concerning an individual. You will be told at this point whether there are any items on the Agenda which are to be discussed in private.

Decision:

That all items be considered in public session.

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust 2017/18 Cost Improvement Programme. pdf icon PDF 77 KB

Representatives from Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust will be in attendance to present the Trust’s 2017/18 Cost Improvement Programme.

1) That Cabinet members for Adults and Public Health and attendees from Kirklees Adult Social Care and North Kirklees CCG be thanked for attending the meeting.

 

2) That the Panel’s work programme be amended to take account of attendees and Panel members comments.

 

6.

Early Intervention and Prevention - Adults Pathways pdf icon PDF 375 KB

The Panel will receive a report for information providing an update on the work that has taken place to redesign the Adult Services Pathway.

Decision:

1) That Sue Richards, Assistant Director for Early Intervention and Prevention be thanked for attending the meeting.

 

2) That the timescales and milestones of the key areas of work being developed as part of the redesign of the adult services pathway be submitted to the Panel.

7.

Dates of Meetings for 2017/18

The Panel will set its meeting dates for the 2017/18 municipal year.
