The Councillors will be asked to say if there are any items on the Agenda in which they have disclosable pecuniary interests, which would prevent them from participating in any discussion of the items or participating in any vote upon the items, or any other interests. Decision: No interests were declared. |

Admission of the Public Most debates take place in public. This only changes when there is a need to consider certain issues, for instance, commercially sensitive information or details concerning an individual. You will be told at this point whether there are any items on the Agenda which are to be discussed in private. Decision: It was agreed that all agenda items would be considered in public session. |

Rough Sleeping Update: Winter 2018/19 The Panel will be presented with an update on rough sleeping, including changes to the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) and application proposals for Rough Sleeping Strategy funding.

Decision: (1) The Panel thanked the Cabinet Member for Housing and Democracy, the Head of Housing Services and the Operations Manager, Housing Solutions Service, for attending the meeting; and

Draft Greenspace Strategy The Panel will consider the proposed approach to the draft Greenspace Strategy.
