Corporate Governance and Audit Committee
Purpose of committee
The Committee maintains an overview of the Council’s constitution and makes recommendations to Council on any changes to policy and constitutional amendments. The Committee also considers matters relating to the Council’s financial management, including internal and external audit matters.
