That approval be given to make a Definitive Map Modification Order under Section 53(3)(c)(i) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981to record a public footpath on the Definitive Map and Statement from Definitive Public Footpath 55/10 at Upper High Fields to Woodsome Road at Farnley Tyas, Kirkburton on the Definitive Map and Statement and to confirm the order if unopposed, or support confirmation of the Order if opposed.
