The decision has been taken to sign the non-legally binding side letter therefore accepting that Kirklees Council are an Additional Delivery Area Member which details: i) DWP’s direct relationship with Kirklees Council, as an Additional Delivery Area Member; and ii) which provisions from the Grant Funding Agreement in place between DWP and West Yorkshire Combined Authority dated on or around the date of this side letter (“GFA”) are directly enforceable by DWP.
