option will enable operators to continue to receive payments to
ensure the following:-
• Operators who are providing routes would continue to be paid
in full for those routes.
• Businesses remain sustainable and economically viable as far
as they can,
• The authority benefits from an additional transport resource
should this be required,
• Availability of transport for children is widened to enable
the service to maintain effective service delivery.
