Emergency Decision due to suspension of Council meetings including Cabinet as a result of Government Directives of social contact/social distancing and allow immediate implementation of contractual changes for school transport as a result of changes to provision associated with the pandemic

Option c, at paragraph 4 of the attached report approved. This option will enable operators to continue to receive payments to ensure the following:-

• Operators who are providing routes would continue to be paid in full for those routes.
• Businesses remain sustainable and economically viable as far as they can,
• The authority benefits from an additional transport resource should this be required,
• Availability of transport for children is widened to enable the service to maintain effective service delivery.

Emergency Decision due to suspension of Council meetings including Cabinet as a result of Government Directives of social contact/social distancing, to increase accommodation capacity to meet the requirement to find accommodation for all homeless people during the current crisis and to allow partial continuation of housing allocations whilst maintaining requirements around social distancing and social contact restrictions currently in place

Proposal set out in section 2.1 agreed, subject to efforts being made to keep moves to a minimum and always ensuring adherence to government guidance re social distancing etc.
Proposal set out at section 2.2 agreed, with an option to sign temp agreement if they prefer not to sign full introductory tenancy straight away.
Proposal at 2.3.ii) agreed so use not allocated as temporary accommodation.
Proposals at 2.4 and 2.5 agreed and that no more Home from Home properties should be identified and furnished.
