To seek formal approval from Cabinet for the WY+TF A629 Halifax Road Phase 5 project, which aims to reduce congestion, improve air quality and drive economic growth, to progress to construction (Subject to Full Business Case approval) and for the Council to progress preparation of a Compulsory Purchase Order
