Kirklees Health and Wellbeing Plan 2018-2023

The Kirklees Health and Wellbeing Plan provides a strategic plan for the delivery of improvements to health and wellbeing of the Kirklees population over the next 5 years. .

The Plan also serves as the Kirklees ‘place based plan’ which provides the Kirklees health and care system view into the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership.

The Plan was endorsed by the Health and Wellbeing Board on 6th September 2018

• Approve the Kirklees Health and Wellbeing Plan
• Recognise the importance of considering the implications of the Kirklees Health and Wellbeing Plan when developing other strategies and plans
