Direct Delivery of Council Housing: Contract award for the construction of new council housing at Corfe Close and Howley Walk. (14 units)

 

 

Following cabinet approval to commence the Council house building programme 20th January 2020; we provide notice of a key decision to make a contract award for the construction of the aforementioned sites following a tender exercise as detailed in the related KDN issued on 7th Feb 2020, we expect to make contract award week ending 20th March 2020
