Devolution Deal for West Yorkshire - Consent to Draft Order

 

 

To consider the Draft Order from the Secretary of State relating to the creation of a Mayoral Combined Authority for West Yorkshire and decide whether to move to the next stage in the process and agree various actions associated with that decision.

 

The Chair of Overview and Scrutiny Committee has been informed (Regulation 10 applies) and has agreed to waive Call In.
