The Outline Business Case for the project was submitted to the Combined Authority in March. Additional project development funding of £640,000 has been approved by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA), which takes the overall funding to £890,000.   Authorisation is sought to accept the grant funding and enter into a revised Funding Agreement with WYCA to progress the scheme to Full Business Case with costs.
