To endorse arrangements for the governance and operation of the Leeds City Region (LCR) Business Rates Pool for 2021/22

 

 

To update Cabinet on the successful bid, and formally seek Cabinet agreement as follows :

-       for the Council to become a member of the new Pool arrangement;

-       note the revoking of the existing North and West Yorkshire Business Rates pool on 31 March 2021;

-       agree the formation of a new Joint Committee to oversee the LCR Business rates Pool for 2021/22;

-       To note and agree the Governance Agreement for the LCR Business Rates Pool
