A report that seeks authority for the removal of land at Soothill Lane, Batley from the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) in order to enable access to Homes England Accelerated Construction Programme grant funding.

 

No other options have been considered because is a condition of the funding from Homes England that the site is not within the HRA
