Our Council Plan 2021-23

 

 

The 2021 iteration of the ‘Council Plan’ will provide an 18-month extension to the existing 2020/21 Council Plan, setting out our ongoing commitment to ‘people, partners, place’, and our ‘shared outcomes’. The Council plan will introduce an additional, new shared outcome – ‘Shaped by People’ and provides an update on our response to the pandemic and plans for recovery.

Consultation process

Consultation with staff on our approach to recovery and on the organisational values was undertaken during the Summer of 2021.

 

A meeting of the Kirklees Leadership Forum took place in July 2021 to consider the priorities for action included within the Plan.

 

Members/Officers Involved: Engagement with councillors has been sought via Group Leaders, the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee, and Corporate Scrutiny Panel. Engagement with all Strategic and Service Directors was also sought.
