Reason for urgency:
It has not been possible to give 28 clear days’ notice of the intention to make the Key Decision. The reasons why compliance is impracticable in this matter are as follows:-

Individual Pool members have been requested by the LCR Business Rates Pool administering authority to formally ratify both their membership of the Pool and the Pool arrangements for its operation and governance for 2022/23, prior to 1 April 2022. Hence the requirement for the report to be included on Cabinet agenda on 8 March, to comply with this request.

The Chair of Overview and Scrutiny has been informed of the matter.
