Adoption of the revised 'Validation Requirements for the Submission of Planning Applications' local list for use by the Local Planning Authority (2022)

The Validation Requirements list is used by the Local Planning Authority to set out the required information to be submitted as part of planning applications. The current list is dated 2013 and the revised 2022 list will replace the current version.

Consultation process

The draft Validation Requirements for the Submission of Planning Applications document was subject to public consultation between 20/06/2022 and 01/08/2022. The Regeneration Portfolio Holder and senior officers listed will be briefed on the outcomes of the public consultation and the changes made to the Validation Requirements list in advance of the decision being made.
