This report will seek delegated authority for the Strategic Director of Childrens services to take account of a non-statutory consultation about an increase in the places available at Woodley School and College and publish statutory proposals for this change. This is in the context of increasing available places using satellite sites ahead of the planned special school rebuild project. Final decisions on statutory proposals will continue to be taken by Kirklees Cabinet following the end of a representation period.
