Communities and Access Services Integration - Phase 1

The purpose of this report is to seek Cabinet approval to redesign services and functions as part of a two phased approach to developing an integrated community model of support across Kirklees. 


The intention is to better integrate a number of functions in order to offer a more joined up local service for residents needing information and support.
