Instruct the enabling works for Phase 1 of Our Cultural Heart (OCH)

 

 

The enabling works are necessary to prepare the site for the carrying out of the main contract works and achieve the Phase 1 completion date of Q4 2025. The enabling works were anticipated and included in the OCH Cabinet Report that was considered and approved by Cabinet on the 21st December 2023.
