Contract award for the supply and delivery of workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Decision to award a corporate contract for the supply and delivery of workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

 

As per the Procurement Strategy, an Open Above Threshold tender has been undertaken to arrange a contract for the supply and delivery of workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

 

The Contract Award is based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.  The evaluation criteria used to evaluate the tenders received is 70% Price / 20% Quality / 10% Social Value.

 

The outcome of the procurement resulted in the contract being awarded to PWS (Protective Wear Supplies) Ltd.

 

Annual estimated value of the contract is £250,000

 

The contract will commence on 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2027 with provision to extend for a further year, to 31 May 2028.
