Procurement of 240L, 360L and 660L plastic waste bins

The procurement of these bins used to take place annually which requires a lot of procurement resource. Procurement have advised to move to a 2-year contract with the option to extend by 3 years (a year at a time). This will reduce the resource strain on the procurement team.
