Procurement of 660L and 1100L Steel Wheeled Bins

The procurement of these bins used to take place annually which requires a lot of procurement resource. Procurement have advised to move to a 2-year contract with the option to extend by 3 years (a year at a time). This will reduce the resource strain on the procurement team.

 

Steel wheeled bins have been procured annually for a number of years now. The annual cost of the contract is approximately £100k. Procurement have suggested we move to a 2-year contract with the option to extend by a year 3 times. The annual cost remains at approximately £100k.
