The Deed of Variation to the Grant fund agreement is required to allow funding to be received by Kirklees from WYMCA for Quarters 2, 3 & 4 of 2023/24 plus Q1 to 4 of 2024/25 (totalling £18,712,983) as per the Strategic Outline Case collaboratively produced by the 5 local Authorities
It also includes the change request approval for Asset Management, PRoW & Network North (totalling £2,780,026) and the deduction of Jacobs’ fees
(-£28,000)
The total figure for DoV including all of the above is £21,465,009 as outlined on Appendix B, New Schedule 3 (Refer to 9/7/24 Cabinet Report)
