Deed of Variation NR2 Kirklees CRSTS Network Management 202324 Q2, Q3 & Q4

The Deed of Variation to the Grant fund agreement is required to allow funding to be received by Kirklees from WYMCA for quarters 2, 3 & 4 of 2023/24 plus quarters 1 to 4 of 2024/25 (£1,273,750) as per the Strategic Outline Case collaboratively produced by the 5 local Authorities.

 

It also includes the change request approval for Traffic Signals Obsolesce Grant award of £72,619.12.

 

The total figure for DoV including all of the above is £1,346,369.12 as per Appendix B, New Schedule 3 – Budget & Funding Profile (Refer to Cabinet Report 9/7/24)
