The recommended option is for the current interim arrangements to be extended for a further 3 years and the contract expiry is reprofiled to March 2028 under the Heads of Terms agreement with Suez and a deed of variation (DoV2) is developed.
Two other options were considered and not recommended, and these were to extend the contract 5 years beyond the contract conditions, and to continue to procure (Business As Usual) for DoV expiry 2025.
To sign the deed of variation that has been developed to extend the interim arrangements with SUEZ for a further 3 years to March 2028.
