Purchase of newbuild property from Keepmoat Homes

 

 

To ensure take up of unspent grant allocation from DLUHC for the delivery of one 4-bedroom home by the funding deadline.

 

The purchase of second-hand properties was also considered; however, these carry a risk that the purchase may not complete before the deadline and that the cost of remedial work would make it a more expensive option thana newbuild off the shelf purchase.
