Provision of Washroom Services - Contract Procurement

The procurement of a new contract for the provision of washroom services for multiple sites across the Corporate Landlord estate and including other sites operated by other Kirklees Services. The contract term is an initial period of 36 months with extension options of 2 x 12 months. The estimated contract value is £110,000 per annum, totalling £550,00 should the procured contract run for the full 60-month term. As such, the awarding of the proposed contract is a significant decision of public interest.
