Purpose

The Special Schools PPP Project is being delivered by a special purpose company known as QED (KMC) Limited which is a wholly owned subsidiary of QED (KMC) Holdings Limited in which the council is a minority shareholder and has the right to appoint a director.

Role/ Expectations of Representatives

Director of Company. See report to Business Manager's meeting 26 May 2005.

Meetings/ Time Commitments

Four meetings per year, lasting for two hours per meeting.
