Purpose

Established under provisions of LGA 1985 (Part IV).

Role/ Expectations of Representatives

Attendance at full authority, and committee meetings as appropriate.

Training, briefings and Conference attendance (as required).

Meetings/ Time Commitments

4 each of the following meetings: full authority; People and Culture Committee; Finance and Resources committee; Community Safety committee; Audit Committee.  The Local Pension Board meets twice yearly and the executive committee meets on an ad-hoc basis.
